Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition with tags attached and original packaging included. We understand that trying items on is necessary when shopping online, so garments may be tried on for fit and comfort. However, items must remain free from perfume, makeup stains, deodorant marks, washing, alterations, or visible signs of wear.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@isabelandrose.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions, including the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Beauty or personal care products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been visibly worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please note that sale items and discounted items can still be returned unless specifically marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to place a new order while separately returning your original item once approved.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
