Shipping Policy

All our orders are processed the same day they are administered on our website, unless the order has been registered on a public holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next working day.

We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.

Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1–6 days and shipped to the delivery address.

We ship to the United States.

Estimated average times:

Normally: 7–12 days depending on product demand.

In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) or logistical issues, shipping may take 2–3 weeks.

If this is not the case, you will be able to proceed to a refund for lost/unsent orders.

All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.

Please consider:
* If the customer does not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us shortly after the order (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no refund option and a next shipment of the package will be at the expense of the customer and buyer.

* In the event that at the time of delivery the order is not able to be received by the customer, we will notify via mailbox, and if in 15 days the package is not collected from the office notified, it will be returned to our warehouse and the package will be lost without the option of refund.

* In the event that the shipment has already been made it will not be possible to change the delivery address, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not having indicated the correct address, has moved house or similar.

Factors such as logistical delays may affect the estimated delivery time.
